Welcome to the Stanisław Szukalski Museum in Gdynia!
Starting September 21, 2025, at 53 Orłowska Street in Gdynia, you will be able to visit a unique permanent exhibition:
“Szukalski: The Selfborn / Samorodny”.
This is an extraordinary journey through the life and work of one of the most intriguing Polish artists of the 20th century – Stanisław Szukalski.
In the exhibition you will see, among others:
- over 50 sculptures,
- over 350 paintings and 300 photographs,
- medals, coins and insignia of the Horned Heart Tribe,
- archival photos, letters and unique publications,
- the Master’s original sculpting tools.
The exhibition reveals not only the genius of his craft, but also the boundless imagination that made Szukalski call himself the Selfborn during his lifetime.
